Expert Witness Services
I also offer services as an Expert Witness in legal disputes. Many academics are not familiar with the practicalities of implementing common strategies, the typical fee structure within hedge funds, or how broker relationships can impact a strategy. Many hedge fund managers are not familiar with the broad academic data relevant to assessing the public domain nature of many strategies. My fresh experience in a variety of hedge fund strategies, and academic background, make me uniquely qualified to give an informed opinion on issues related to the following strategies
